While you can't use third party apps in safe mode, you can uninstall them.
This method am going to show you works on most tecno phones like tecno w4, tecno w5, tecno w3, tecno c8, tecno c9, tecno j8,tecno l9 plus, tecno l8, tecno c8, tecno R7, tecno c7, tecno w5, tecno j7, tecno phantom 6 and phantom 6 plus, tecno j5 and many others. This method will work on both old and newly released tecno phones.
HOW TO BOOT ALL TECNO ANDROID PHONES TO SAFE MODE
1) switch off your phone
2) switch it on again using the power button.
3) while the phone is booting press and hold both volume up and down bottons.
4) after finish booting, the device will show safe mode fixed to the bottom of the screen, as shown in the above picture.
To quit safe mode on your tecno phone, just power off and power on again.
